dDAS allows the customer’s of the Travel Agency to securely access his data in real time . The solution allows the customer to query , view , print and / or email his invoices , credit notes and documents . The customer can take out his outstanding statements , MIS reports at his own leisure as and when desired . Using this solution , the Travel Agent can substantially cut down on his own cost of servicing the information needs of the customer .
